“Simply breathe” is yogi and health fanatic Ronnie Howard’s easy but highly effective mantra. When she is feeling anxious or riled up, she reminds herself to simply breathe–and that every part will work out.

New York Metropolis-based yoga teacher Noemi Henriquez tells herself, “Don’t sweat the small stuff.” As an alternative, let issues go within the second.
